CSI's investigators have conducted surveillance in every community in the Maritimes, so we know how to fit in and what surveillance techniques to use and still get the video and information you need to make your critical decisions.
What can you expect?
- Where permitted by the client and in accordance with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronics Documents Act), CSI conducts thorough pre-surveillance research to confirm information about your claimant;
- Video clips every 45 minutes throughout the surveillance period, during periods of inactivity;
- Reports are submitted within 10 working days after completion of the surveillance;
- Surveillance video can be provided in CD-ROM, DVD or VHS format, as requested; and
- Digital photo clips are inserted into the report for identification purposes when available.
